What is EasyCommute?

EasyCommute is a mobile-based bus shuttle service aimed at making your daily commute easy and convenient.

How is EasyCommute cashless? Can EasyCommute Credits be converted to cash?

“EasyCommute Credits” helps you travel in a cashless manner. These credits can be bought online using our payment gateway & can also be earned by sharing EasyCommute. One credit is equivalent to One Indian Rupee.

The conversion of credits to cash is unavailable. Amount once credited are non-transferable. However, in certain circumstances, a user can make a request to transfer his EasyCommute credits to another user’s EasyCommute account by writing to customer care at : [email protected]

a. Select pick up and drop off locations
b. Book and Pay using E-wallet
c. Board the bus shuttle & enjoy the ride.

EasyCommute is operational on which days ?

EasyCommute Shuttles are operational on weekdays From Monday to Friday.

What should I do if I want to ride a shuttle on Saturday/Sunday?

At present we do not have an itinerary for Saturday Or Sunday, but we are working on it & will be adding it shortly.

When will I be able to start booking ride for a particular day?

You can start booking your ride from previous working day (~ 11 am) and till 10 mins before your pickup stop time. It is advisable to book early to ensure seats don’t get filled up in the route of your choice.

What is the Quick Book feature?

We allow you to save the pick up & drop off locations for the routes which you use frequently, saving your time while booking. All your saved routes can be found by clicking on “Quick Route” tab (on using app) Or section (on using website).

What is an EasyCommute Pass? What are its advantages?

Our EasyCommute Pass provides a fixed number of rides (depending on the pass) to be used within the pass’s validity period. You don’t need to recharge every time you want to book a ride. Instead, you can recharge once, buy the pass & quickly book a ride at your own convenience.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel a booking up to 60 minutes prior to the pick-up time. After deducting a meagre amount the rest will be returned to your EasyCommute wallet as credits Or as rides (in case you have subscribed to a pass). EasyCommute will not provide any reimbursement in the form of cash or bank account transfer in any circumstances.

How would you get free rides from EasyCommute?

On referring your friend, you will get one free ride after he/she take his/her first ride with EasyCommute.

How would you get free rides from EasyCommute?

The complete list of routes covered can be found at http://www.easycommute.co/routes/. Clicking on any route in this page will display the list of stops/points covered by that route.

My Route/Commute Timings/City is not covered yet, what should I do?

Just drop your suggestion in the ‘Suggest Route’ section of www DOT
easycommute DOT co and we’ll try to serve you in the best way we can.

Where do I see the driver/vehicle details for my booked ride?

Driver details can be found in the booking confirmation sms & app notifications sent to you. These details can also be found in your boarding pass – which is present in “My Booking” tab of EasyCommute app Or “My Booking” section of EasyCommute Web app.

Also if you are using EasyCommute app, clicking on the yellow strip on the top displays the boarding pass for the upcoming ride.

I successfully booked a ride but I am unable to find my booking details, Where do I look?

All the booking details are made part of your boarding pass – which can be found at “My Booking” tab of EasyCommute app Or “My Booking” section of EasyCommute Web app. Note that the latest booking will be displayed first.

Alternatively, if using EasyCommute app, click on the yellow strip on the top that displays the upcoming ride to directly open your boarding pass.

Where to look for details about all my bookings?

All your bookings can be viewed at “My Booking” tab of EasyCommute app Or “My Booking” section of EasyCommute Web app. Please note that your latest bookings will be displayed first.

I am unable to track my ride, who do I contact?

You can contact us by dropping an email to care AT easycommute DOT co. Or you could reach us at 8099927902. Do mention the booking id displayed on your boarding pass. (Ex: EC123456)

What should I do if I miss my ride?

No worries! you can book a seat in the next possible shuttle.

There was a breakdown of my vehicle during the ride, am I eligible for a refund?

At EasyCommute, our greatest desire is to ensure our customers are satisfied at all levels and find the most suitable way to fix their problems without delay.
We are always working to make sure that our riders get to and from where they are going safely, and want to do what we can to make this right.

I got a message regarding change in driver details, why did this happen?

Sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances we try to give you best possible commute experience in such cases, we provide you with the details of the new driver & vehicle.

Can I transfer my ride to a friend?

Our bookings are non-transferable.

  • Recharge

I used Payment Gateway to recharge but credits were not added to my E-wallet. What should i do? My attempt to recharge my E-wallet failed but the amount was debited from my bank account. What to do now?

Please write to us at care AT easycommute DOT co. Or you could reach us at 8099927902. After you mention the payment id sent to you by our payment gateway, our team will be able to update you on the status within 24 hours. Or you could also chat with us.

How long does it take to get a refund if my payumoney transaction failed?

It will take upto 5 business days for refund to be reflected in your bank account.

Do you store my card details anywhere? How do i remove saved cards?

We do not store any card details on our end. We use a payment gateway to add credits/balance to your E-Wallet.

  • EasyCommute Pass

How to buy pass using EasyCommute app?

Tap on “My Subscriptions” option available on the left navigation bar of the app. The new screen opened has a list of passes that you are eligible to purchase. Add the required amount of credits using our payment gateway & buy the pass you like. Please note that at any given time only one pass can be valid. System does not allow for buying a new pass till the older pass has expired.

How to buy pass using EasyCommute website?

Log onto our website www.web.easycommute.co using your credentials. On the left navigation menu click on the option “My Subscriptions”. A new webpage will open which has a list of passes that you are eligible to purchase. Click on the Proceed Button then choose the activation period, accept the terms and conditions & click on “Confirm Subscription”.

Balance would automatically be deducted from your wallet. If you do not have sufficient balance in your wallet, you will be redirected to our payment gateway. You can first recharge & then buy the pass you like.

Please note carefully the terms & conditions of the pass you buy. Also, note that you can not have multiple passes active at any given time.

Can the pass be used to book ride(s) on any route? Or can it be availed only for specific routes?

You can use the pass in booking a ride on any routes serviced by EasyCommute.

Where can I get pass details?

On EasyCommute web app, details of pass can be looked after clicking “My Subscription” option on the left navigation bar. Only passes that can be purchased by you are listed. You can get more detailed view of the pass pack policy by clicking on “Proceed” & then on “Value Pack Terms & Conditions”.

On EasyCommute app, tapping on “My Subscription” opens a screen which lists the available passes for you. You can select the pass you want & click on “Terms & Conditions” to view the details of the selected pass.

What is the validity period of an EasyCommute Pass? Does it include only working or non working days?

It all depends on the pass you are wishing to buy. It is advisable to read the terms & conditions carefully while choosing a particular pass. We do not have any discrimination between working and non working days in our system.

What is the cancellation policy for the rides booked using EasyCommute Pass?

It all depends on the pass you have bought. It is advisable to read the terms & conditions carefully while choosing a particular pass.

How do i cancel my subscription?

We do not support cancelation of subscription in our system as of now. In some special cases, we might be able to help. Please drop an email at care DOT easycommute DOT com for further enquiries.

We ask commuters for feedback after the completion of their ride. We take your inputs very seriously and it helps us to ensure and improve the quality of our services. Please take some time to fill the feedback form.

How to clear the information present in my Quick Book?

Currently, we don’t support deletion of routes (pick up & drop off points) from the “Quick Book”.

I referred my friend but haven’t got a free ride. What should i do?

I have relocated, Can i get my wallet balance back in to my bank account?

I am no longer using EasyCommute, please advise on how to get my wallet credits back?
